Parse a simple CQL2-text expression string into a CqlExpr.

Supported forms (case-insensitive keywords):

name = 'London'
population > 1000000
name LIKE '%city%'
age BETWEEN 18 AND 65
a > 5 AND b < 10
NOT (a > 5)

pub fn evaluate(expr: &CqlExpr, properties: &Value) -> bool

Evaluate a CqlExpr against a JSON properties object.

Returns true if the expression holds for these properties.
