pub struct OpticsOptions {
pub min_samples: usize,
pub max_eps: f64,
pub xi: f64,
}Expand description
Options controlling the OPTICS algorithm.
Fields§
§min_samples: usizeMinimum number of neighbours required for a point to be a “core” point. Smaller values produce noisier clusterings.
max_eps: f64Maximum neighbourhood radius. Setting f64::INFINITY (the default)
means no upper bound is enforced.
xi: f64Steepness threshold used for ξ-extraction (Ankerst 1999 §4).
Typical values are in [0.01, 0.10].
