Resamples a raster buffer to new dimensions

§Arguments
  • src - Source raster buffer
  • dst_width - Target width in pixels
  • dst_height - Target height in pixels
§Errors

Returns an error if:

  • Target dimensions are zero
  • Data type is unsupported
  • Memory allocation fails
