Render a normal map of mesh as seen from camera.
Returns an RGB image where RGB = (normal + 1) / 2 * 255.
This implementation uses several optimizations:
- SIMD for barycentric coords and normal calculations
- Tile-based rasterization for cache locality
- Incremental edge evaluation
- Pre-computed reciprocals
