-gltf-format value. Selects the glTF on-disk container.

JsonExternal is documented but not yet implementable today (the underlying OutputFlavour::JsonExternal is missing in published oxideav-gltf 0.0.0); the args parser accepts the token now and the encoder will reject it cleanly until the upstream variant lands. See gltf-rN follow-up.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Glb

.glb self-contained binary container.

JsonEmbedded

.gltf JSON document with the binary buffer inlined as a base64 data:application/octet-stream;base64,… URI.

JsonExternal

.gltf JSON document referencing a sidecar .bin file. Reserved — emits an “unsupported” error today (gltf-rN).
