Memory backend trait + item — implement to back the `memory_*` tools, or use [`PortMemoryBackend`] to bridge the SDK's `MemoryStore` port. A single memory item returned by [`MemoryBackend`].

Unique identifier.

Memory kind: “fact”, “preference”, “context”, “summary”.

content: String

The memory content text.

subject: String

Project/scope identifier.
