Edit format for the edit tool.

Controls whether the system prompt instructs the model to use hashline line-anchored patches or traditional str_replace. Hashline is the new format ported from omp — see docs/designs/omp-adoption/01-hashline-edit.md.

Hashline line-anchored editing (default).

StrReplace

Traditional str_replace (legacy fallback).
