§pieces: ArenaVec<'a, Segment>

Content between the backtick runs, one segment per line (a multi-line code span crosses container prefixes, so a single span can’t cover it; a partially consumed tab leaves virtual spaces in padding). The printer recomputes the minimum backtick run length from these. Inside a table cell a | is \| in the source and stays so (nothing to escape).
