A dimensioned quantity: seven SI dimension exponents plus zero or more numeric components.

OpenFOAM writes these as [mass length time temperature moles current luminous] optionally followed by a value, e.g. dimensions [0 2 -2 0 0 0 0]; (no value) or nu [0 2 -1 0 0 0 0] 1e-05; (scalar value). The value components are stored as raw FoamValues to support scalar and vector forms.

value: Vec<FoamValue>

Trailing value component(s); empty for a bare dimensions […] entry, one element for a dimensioned scalar, three for a dimensioned vector.
