One or more lanes of a DerivativeBatch or JacobianBatch failed.

Returned by the all-or-nothing accessors DerivativeBatch::values and JacobianBatch::matrices. It names both the scale of the problem (how many of how many) and a specific lane to look at, because “3 of 10 000 lanes failed” is only actionable once you know which lane.
