Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

The change will occur immediately

TCSADRAIN = 1

The change occurs after all output has been written

TCSAFLUSH = 2

Same as TCSADRAIN, but will also flush the input buffer
