Construct the bridge.

span_fields is the set of tracing span field names whose values are captured in on_new_span and replayed onto every log record emitted within the span. Pass PROPAGATED_SPAN_FIELDS for the platform default set; callers may extend it via [TelemetryBuilder::with_propagated_span_fields].
