This is bulk transport of metadata from Pythia to Vizier.

Fields

name: String

The resource name of the Study to send the metadata to. Format: owners/{owner_id}/studies/{study_id}

delta: Vec<UnitMetadataUpdate>

A list of metadata items. Each item in this field becomes an “insert or update” operation in the metadata table.
