NatGatewayClient

Struct NatGatewayClient

Source
pub struct NatGatewayClient { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Calls NatGatewayService.

NAT gateways: shared IPv4 egress for instances without a floating IP of their own. Instances in a subnet whose route table sends the IPv4 default route to a NAT gateway reach the internet as the gateway’s floating IP, and can’t be reached from it.

Implementations§

Source§

impl NatGatewayClient

Source

pub fn new(client: &Client) -> Self

Returns a client of NatGatewayService that sends its calls through client.

Source

pub fn service(&self) -> &Service

The endpoint the client sends its calls to, which also serves the operations its methods answer with.

Source

pub async fn get_nat_gateway( &self, request: GetNatGatewayRequest, ) -> Result<NatGateway, Error>

Returns a NAT gateway.

Source

pub async fn list_nat_gateways( &self, request: ListNatGatewaysRequest, ) -> Result<ListNatGatewaysResponse, Error>

Lists the NAT gateways in a zone, oldest first.

Source

pub fn all_nat_gateways( &self, request: ListNatGatewaysRequest, ) -> Pages<NatGateway>

Returns everything list_nat_gateways lists from request’s page on, fetching the next page as the stream reaches it. A page that fails ends the stream with its error.

Source

pub async fn create_nat_gateway( &self, request: CreateNatGatewayRequest, ) -> Result<Operation<NatGateway>, Error>

Creates a NAT gateway in a public subnet, one whose route table sends the IPv4 default route to an internet gateway, with a floating IP that has no association and backs no other NAT gateway. The operation is done once the change is recorded; the network applies it within seconds.

It answers with an operation to wait on: Operation::wait returns the NatGateway once the change is done.

Source

pub async fn update_nat_gateway( &self, request: UpdateNatGatewayRequest, ) -> Result<Operation<NatGateway>, Error>

Changes a NAT gateway’s tags. The operation is done once the change is recorded.

It answers with an operation to wait on: Operation::wait returns the NatGateway once the change is done.

Source

pub async fn delete_nat_gateway( &self, request: DeleteNatGatewayRequest, ) -> Result<Operation<Empty>, Error>

Deletes a NAT gateway. Its floating IP stays allocated. Refused while a route targets it. The operation is done once the change is recorded; the network applies it within seconds.

It answers with an operation to wait on, which has no result: Operation::wait returns once the change is done.
