SecurityGroupAssociationClient

Struct SecurityGroupAssociationClient

Source
pub struct SecurityGroupAssociationClient { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Calls SecurityGroupAssociationService.

Security group associations: which security groups filter a network interface’s traffic. An interface can have many, and admits the traffic any of them allows; without one, it is closed (see the interface’s security_groups). An association’s id is the id of the security group it names, so a client that knows the interface and the group names the association without listing.

Implementations§

Source§

impl SecurityGroupAssociationClient

Source

pub fn new(client: &Client) -> Self

Returns a client of SecurityGroupAssociationService that sends its calls through client.

Source

pub fn service(&self) -> &Service

The endpoint the client sends its calls to, which also serves the operations its methods answer with.

Source

pub async fn get_security_group_association( &self, request: GetSecurityGroupAssociationRequest, ) -> Result<SecurityGroupAssociation, Error>

Returns a security group association.

Source

pub async fn list_security_group_associations( &self, request: ListSecurityGroupAssociationsRequest, ) -> Result<ListSecurityGroupAssociationsResponse, Error>

Lists a network interface’s security group associations, oldest first.

Source

pub fn all_security_group_associations( &self, request: ListSecurityGroupAssociationsRequest, ) -> Pages<SecurityGroupAssociation>

Returns everything list_security_group_associations lists from request’s page on, fetching the next page as the stream reaches it. A page that fails ends the stream with its error.

Source

pub async fn create_security_group_association( &self, request: CreateSecurityGroupAssociationRequest, ) -> Result<Operation<SecurityGroupAssociation>, Error>

Associates a security group with a network interface, also while it is attached. Refused with FAILED_PRECONDITION when the interface is associated with that group. The operation is done once the change is recorded; the network applies it within seconds.

It answers with an operation to wait on: Operation::wait returns the SecurityGroupAssociation once the change is done.

Source

pub async fn delete_security_group_association( &self, request: DeleteSecurityGroupAssociationRequest, ) -> Result<Operation<Empty>, Error>

Removes a security group from a network interface. Without any, the interface admits and sends nothing except replies to its own traffic and address resolution. The operation is done once the change is recorded; the network applies it within seconds.

It answers with an operation to wait on, which has no result: Operation::wait returns once the change is done.
