pub struct FloatingIpClient { /* private fields */ }Expand description
Calls FloatingIpService.
Floating IPs: public IPv4 addresses of your own in one zone, kept until
released. Associated with a network interface
(FloatingIpAssociationService), the address reaches the interface’s
private IPv4 address both ways (static 1:1 NAT). The interface’s subnet
reaches, and is reached from, the internet over IPv4 only if its own
route table has the IPv4 default route (see the subnet’s route_table).
Implementations§
Source§impl FloatingIpClient
impl FloatingIpClient
Sourcepub fn new(client: &Client) -> Self
pub fn new(client: &Client) -> Self
Returns a client of FloatingIpService that sends its calls through client.
Sourcepub fn service(&self) -> &Service
pub fn service(&self) -> &Service
The endpoint the client sends its calls to, which also serves the operations its methods answer with.
Sourcepub async fn get_floating_ip(
&self,
request: GetFloatingIpRequest,
) -> Result<FloatingIp, Error>
pub async fn get_floating_ip( &self, request: GetFloatingIpRequest, ) -> Result<FloatingIp, Error>
Returns a floating IP.
Sourcepub async fn list_floating_ips(
&self,
request: ListFloatingIpsRequest,
) -> Result<ListFloatingIpsResponse, Error>
pub async fn list_floating_ips( &self, request: ListFloatingIpsRequest, ) -> Result<ListFloatingIpsResponse, Error>
Lists the floating IPs in a zone, oldest first, those the platform assigned at launch included.
Sourcepub fn all_floating_ips(
&self,
request: ListFloatingIpsRequest,
) -> Pages<FloatingIp>
pub fn all_floating_ips( &self, request: ListFloatingIpsRequest, ) -> Pages<FloatingIp>
Returns everything list_floating_ips lists from request’s page on, fetching the next page as the stream reaches it. A page that fails ends the stream with its error.
Sourcepub async fn create_floating_ip(
&self,
request: CreateFloatingIpRequest,
) -> Result<Operation<FloatingIp>, Error>
pub async fn create_floating_ip( &self, request: CreateFloatingIpRequest, ) -> Result<Operation<FloatingIp>, Error>
Allocates a floating IP from the zone’s public addresses, associated with nothing. The operation is done once the address is recorded as yours.
It answers with an operation to wait on: Operation::wait returns the FloatingIp once the change is done.
Sourcepub async fn update_floating_ip(
&self,
request: UpdateFloatingIpRequest,
) -> Result<Operation<FloatingIp>, Error>
pub async fn update_floating_ip( &self, request: UpdateFloatingIpRequest, ) -> Result<Operation<FloatingIp>, Error>
Changes a floating IP’s tags. The operation is done once the change is recorded.
It answers with an operation to wait on: Operation::wait returns the FloatingIp once the change is done.
Sourcepub async fn delete_floating_ip(
&self,
request: DeleteFloatingIpRequest,
) -> Result<Operation<Empty>, Error>
pub async fn delete_floating_ip( &self, request: DeleteFloatingIpRequest, ) -> Result<Operation<Empty>, Error>
Releases a floating IP: its address goes back to the zone. Refused while it is associated with a network interface or a NAT gateway uses it. The operation is done once the change is recorded.
It answers with an operation to wait on, which has no result: Operation::wait returns once the change is done.
