InternetGatewayClient

Struct InternetGatewayClient

Source
pub struct InternetGatewayClient { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Calls InternetGatewayService.

Internet gateways: a VPC’s way to and from the internet, for its instances’ floating IPs and IPv6 addresses and for its NAT gateways. A VPC has at most one, and a subnet reaches it through a route that targets it. Internet access is decided per VPC and address family: while any route table the VPC’s subnets use has a family’s default route to the gateway, traffic of that family leaves the VPC and reaches its floating IPs and IPv6 addresses.

Implementations§

Source§

impl InternetGatewayClient

Source

pub fn new(client: &Client) -> Self

Returns a client of InternetGatewayService that sends its calls through client.

Source

pub fn service(&self) -> &Service

The endpoint the client sends its calls to, which also serves the operations its methods answer with.

Source

pub async fn get_internet_gateway( &self, request: GetInternetGatewayRequest, ) -> Result<InternetGateway, Error>

Returns an internet gateway.

Source

pub async fn list_internet_gateways( &self, request: ListInternetGatewaysRequest, ) -> Result<ListInternetGatewaysResponse, Error>

Lists the internet gateways in a region, oldest first.

Source

pub fn all_internet_gateways( &self, request: ListInternetGatewaysRequest, ) -> Pages<InternetGateway>

Returns everything list_internet_gateways lists from request’s page on, fetching the next page as the stream reaches it. A page that fails ends the stream with its error.

Source

pub async fn create_internet_gateway( &self, request: CreateInternetGatewayRequest, ) -> Result<Operation<InternetGateway>, Error>

Creates a VPC’s internet gateway. Refused with FAILED_PRECONDITION when the VPC has one. The operation is done once the change is recorded; the network applies it within seconds.

It answers with an operation to wait on: Operation::wait returns the InternetGateway once the change is done.

Source

pub async fn update_internet_gateway( &self, request: UpdateInternetGatewayRequest, ) -> Result<Operation<InternetGateway>, Error>

Changes an internet gateway’s tags. The operation is done once the change is recorded.

It answers with an operation to wait on: Operation::wait returns the InternetGateway once the change is done.

Source

pub async fn delete_internet_gateway( &self, request: DeleteInternetGatewayRequest, ) -> Result<Operation<Empty>, Error>

Deletes an internet gateway, which cuts the VPC off from the internet. Refused while a route targets it. The operation is done once the change is recorded; the network applies it within seconds.

It answers with an operation to wait on, which has no result: Operation::wait returns once the change is done.
