pub struct NetworkInterfaceClient { /* private fields */ }Expand description
Calls NetworkInterfaceService.
Network interfaces: private IPv4 and IPv6 addresses in a subnet, with the security groups that filter their traffic. Launching an instance attaches existing interfaces, which are created here first; an interface starts closed until security group associations open it.
Implementations§
Source§impl NetworkInterfaceClient
impl NetworkInterfaceClient
Sourcepub fn new(client: &Client) -> Self
pub fn new(client: &Client) -> Self
Returns a client of NetworkInterfaceService that sends its calls through client.
Sourcepub fn service(&self) -> &Service
pub fn service(&self) -> &Service
The endpoint the client sends its calls to, which also serves the operations its methods answer with.
Sourcepub async fn get_network_interface(
&self,
request: GetNetworkInterfaceRequest,
) -> Result<NetworkInterface, Error>
pub async fn get_network_interface( &self, request: GetNetworkInterfaceRequest, ) -> Result<NetworkInterface, Error>
Returns a network interface.
Sourcepub async fn list_network_interfaces(
&self,
request: ListNetworkInterfacesRequest,
) -> Result<ListNetworkInterfacesResponse, Error>
pub async fn list_network_interfaces( &self, request: ListNetworkInterfacesRequest, ) -> Result<ListNetworkInterfacesResponse, Error>
Lists the network interfaces in a zone, oldest first.
Sourcepub fn all_network_interfaces(
&self,
request: ListNetworkInterfacesRequest,
) -> Pages<NetworkInterface>
pub fn all_network_interfaces( &self, request: ListNetworkInterfacesRequest, ) -> Pages<NetworkInterface>
Returns everything list_network_interfaces lists from request’s page on, fetching the next page as the stream reaches it. A page that fails ends the stream with its error.
Sourcepub async fn create_network_interface(
&self,
request: CreateNetworkInterfaceRequest,
) -> Result<Operation<NetworkInterface>, Error>
pub async fn create_network_interface( &self, request: CreateNetworkInterfaceRequest, ) -> Result<Operation<NetworkInterface>, Error>
Creates an unattached network interface with the next free addresses of its subnet and no security group: it admits and sends nothing until a security group association opens it. The operation is done once the change is recorded; the network applies it within seconds.
It answers with an operation to wait on: Operation::wait returns the NetworkInterface once the change is done.
Sourcepub async fn update_network_interface(
&self,
request: UpdateNetworkInterfaceRequest,
) -> Result<Operation<NetworkInterface>, Error>
pub async fn update_network_interface( &self, request: UpdateNetworkInterfaceRequest, ) -> Result<Operation<NetworkInterface>, Error>
Changes a network interface’s source-address check or tags, also while it is attached. The operation is done once the change is recorded; the network applies it within seconds.
It answers with an operation to wait on: Operation::wait returns the NetworkInterface once the change is done.
Sourcepub async fn delete_network_interface(
&self,
request: DeleteNetworkInterfaceRequest,
) -> Result<Operation<Empty>, Error>
pub async fn delete_network_interface( &self, request: DeleteNetworkInterfaceRequest, ) -> Result<Operation<Empty>, Error>
Deletes a network interface with its security group associations. Refused while it is attached to an instance or a floating IP is associated with it. The operation is done once the change is recorded; the network applies it within seconds.
It answers with an operation to wait on, which has no result: Operation::wait returns once the change is done.
