Errors that can occur during event serialization or deserialization.

A typed enum that preserves the underlying serde / bincode failure rather than flattening it to a string. It bridges into OrderBookError via From, so an EventSerializer failure can be ?-propagated on paths that return OrderBookError.

Json(Error)

JSON (serde_json) serialization or deserialization failed.

Bincode(String)

Binary (bincode) serialization or deserialization failed.

TrailingBytes(String)

The decoded payload had unexpected trailing bytes (corruption or a format mismatch).
