Struct RateLimitState

    pub base_weight: f64,
}
Expand description

Rate limit state for a single agent.

Fields§

§weight: f64

Current routing weight (0.0..=1.0). Higher = more tasks.

§last_limited_at: Option<Instant>

When the last rate limit error was recorded.

§recovery_jitter: Duration

Jitter added to recovery delay to stagger recoveries (avoid thundering herd).

§consecutive_hits: u32

How many consecutive rate limit hits.

§base_weight: f64

The configured base weight this agent should recover toward.

Implementations§

Source§

impl RateLimitState

Source

pub fn record_rate_limit(&mut self)

Record a rate limit event — decay the weight. Note: Jitter is set at the AgentWeights level using the agent name.

Source

pub fn record_success(&mut self)

Record a successful completion — bump weight back toward base_weight.

Source

pub fn maybe_recover(&mut self)

Tick recovery: if enough time has passed since the last limit (plus jitter), gradually restore.

Source

pub fn is_limited(&self) -> bool

Is this agent currently rate-limited (weight below its base weight)?
