Variants

All

Broadcast review-active and terminal completions only: done, in_review, blocked, failed. Intermediate transitions (new, routed, in_progress, needs_review) are suppressed.

Verbose

Broadcast every status transition, including intermediate states.

ErrorsOnly

Only broadcast errors (blocked, failed).

None

Disable notifications entirely.

needs_review is intentionally excluded from All and ErrorsOnly: it’s the agent-handoff signal that always pairs with a follow-up in_review (or blocked/failed) within seconds, so notifying on it produces a redundant ping. The review-active states (in_review, blocked, failed) are the ones humans actually act on.
