Whether the section must be present (verify enforces it; new scaffolds it).

§checks: Vec<SectionCheck>

Universal content checks run over this section at verify time.

§structure: Option<String>

The content shape for a structured section: an [mdprism] schema (the body portion of the DSL). Required for structured, rejected otherwise.
