§enabled: boolWhether reputations are maintained at all.
initial_reputation: f64Reputation assigned to a client on first sight, in [0, 1].
reputation_decay: f64Per-round mean reversion towards initial_reputation, in [0, 1].
min_reputation: f64Floor below which a reputation cannot fall.
outlier_penalty: f64Reputation subtracted when a client is flagged as an outlier.
contribution_bonus: f64Reputation added when a client is not flagged.
