Whether a library’s views are generated beside its schema data.

The data is not optional either way: it is what a registry is built from, so a library declining an API still ships what registers it.

Generate

Generate the trait and view per schema.

Skip

Generate the tokens and the schema data alone, for a library whose API is written by hand. A schema declaring skipCodeGeneration is treated this way however it was asked for.
