Current DPI plus the supported values reported by the device.

Crosses the agent↔GUI IPC (read_dpi, DpiCapabilities included), so field order is wire format — changes require a PROTOCOL_VERSION bump (guarded by openlogi-agent-core/tests/wire_format.rs).
