The schema makes every member optional; a component usually carries an IfcGuid, and sometimes only a tool-specific AuthoringToolId.

Fields

ifc_guid: Option<String>

The IFC GlobalId: 22 characters of IFC base64.

originating_system: Option<String>

Name of the system the component originates from.

authoring_tool_id: Option<String>

The authoring tool’s own identifier for the component.
