Object filter selecting MCP tools by read-only flag and/or explicit names.

Spec (openai-responses-api-spec.md L442): McpToolFilter { read_only?, tool_names? }.

deny_unknown_fields is applied so typoed keys (e.g. "tool_namse") fail fast at deserialize time rather than silently collapsing to an empty filter — an empty filter would be projected by the router to “no name constraint”, unexpectedly broadening MCP tool exposure for payloads that meant to scope it down.

tool_names: Option<Vec<String>>

Explicit list of allowed tool names.
