Multimodal tensor transport mode for large payloads.

• Inline: always carry tensor bytes in the gRPC message.
• Shm: use same-host /dev/shm when SMG can write it.
• Auto: use /dev/shm only when the receiving worker is verified to share SMG’s /dev/shm; otherwise fall back to inline.
• Rdma: use the NIXL RDMA pixel lane for large tensors (requires the mm-rdma build feature + NIXL); falls back to inline when RDMA is unavailable.
