Why a response stopped before producing complete output.

Mirrors OpenAI’s incomplete_details.reason: reserved strictly for the two truncation semantics. Any other stop condition (wall-clock timeout, max_tool_calls exhaustion, provider errors) is surfaced as a failed status with an error payload instead.

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
