Fields§
§name: StringHuman-readable tier name, e.g. “Clinical”.
level: charSingle-character tier code: ‘L’, ‘C’, ‘M’, or ‘A’.
max_prd: f64Maximum allowed global PRD (percent). For the L tier this field is documentary only — the L gate is an exact-zero short-circuit.
min_r: f64Minimum allowed global Pearson R.
max_snr_loss: f64Maximum allowed SNR loss (dB). Reported, not gated, in this port.
min_cr: f64Minimum required compression ratio (raw / compressed).
band_fidelity: BTreeMap<String, BandRequirement>Per-band fidelity requirements keyed by band name.
