Configuration for retry behavior

Fields

max_attempts: u32

Maximum number of retry attempts

initial_delay: Duration

Initial delay before first retry

max_delay: Duration

Maximum delay between retries

backoff_multiplier: f64

Multiplier for exponential backoff (e.g., 2.0 doubles the delay each time)

jitter_factor: f64

Add random jitter to prevent thundering herd (0.0 to 1.0)
