The compound identity of a task for deduplication and cancellation purposes.

Two tasks with equal TaskKey values are considered interchangeable; the registry ensures that at most one such task is pending or running at any time.

queue: TaskQueueId

target: String

Arbitrary string that scopes the task within its queue — e.g. a crate path, a file path, or "*" for queue-wide singletons.
