Commands that manipulate persistent issues.
Each variant is handled by apply_operation in app.rs, which:
- Calls the corresponding
IssueRegistrymutation method. - Enqueues the matching
IssueAdded/IssueRemoved/IssueUpdatedevent operation. - Spawns a fire-and-forget
crate::persistent_issues::save_atomictask.
