Where a branch was last put on its identity’s origin without being published.

The readback of what onevcs preserve recorded, and the answer to one question: if this host went away now, is the work somewhere that outlives it? Both halves are needed to answer it — the origin says where, and the commit says how much, since a branch preserved and then committed to again is on its origin at a commit that is no longer its tip.
