id: RegistryId

The registry-qualified identifier a registry serves this artifact under.

name: TargetName

The manifest this target’s version is read from.

covers: Vec<RegistryId>

Identifiers this target’s release also ships, which are not targets of their own because nothing depends on one by name.

A list of identifiers rather than a pointer at a manifest field, so a reader parses one shape.

adoption_instructions: Option<InstructionTemplate>

The minijinja template a consumer of this target is instructed by.

Producer knowledge. Absent means the consumer’s own default. Declared from schema version 3.
