One branch’s retirement: its classification, and what was done about it.
Fields§
§retirement: RetirementWhat the branch is.
outcome: RetireOutcomeWhat was done.
deleted: Vec<BranchHolder>The places it was deleted from — or, for a dry run, would be.
failed: Vec<FailedHolder>The places a deletion did not reach.
slots_returned: Vec<PathBuf>The pool slots returned.
run_roots_removed: Vec<PathBuf>The run roots removed.
sessions_closed: Vec<SessionToken>The session records closed.
derivation: DerivationWhether the verdict was derived on this pass or reused from the one recorded
under unchanged inputs. onevcs retire and reclaim always derive; a document
written before this field existed reads as derived.
A field rather than a map beside the entries, though a caller’s exhaustive
literal of this struct stops compiling (cargo-semver-checks’
constructible_struct_adds_field), which before 1.0 is a minor release: the
contract fixes derivation on every examined entry, and a sidecar keyed by
branch would be a second place to look for one entry’s answer.
