A single user hit from GET /rest/api/3/user/search.

JIRA’s /rest/api/3/user/search endpoint may omit emailAddress and displayName for tenants where the operating account lacks the privacy-controlled fields permission, so both are optional. accountId is the canonical identifier and is always present for atlassian-account users.

Fields

account_id: String

Account ID (unique identifier).

display_name: Option<String>

Display name. May be absent on GDPR-redacted tenants.

email_address: Option<String>

Email address. Often absent due to GDPR / privacy settings.

active: bool

Whether the account is currently active.

account_type: Option<String>

Account type, e.g. "atlassian", "app", "customer".
