UpdateSheetPropertiesRequest.

fields is a field mask and is not optional: an empty mask is an error, and a mask naming more than we set would blank the unnamed fields. Every caller but update-sheet-properties (issue #1835) populates exactly the one SheetPropertiesUpdate field its fields string names; update-sheet-properties may populate several at once (frozen rows/columns, hidden gridlines, tab color, right-to-left), and its mask still names exactly what was populated, field for field. structure.rs::build_request is the single place that pairs the properties and the mask, so they can never drift apart.

PartialEq-only, not Eq: SheetPropertiesUpdate embeds ColorStyle, which wraps Color’s f32 channels.
