UpdateChartSpecRequest.

No fields mask — unlike every other update request in this file, Sheets’ updateChartSpec replaces the chart’s entire ChartSpec wholesale; there is no way to name “just the title”. embedded_object.rs fetches the existing spec, merges the caller’s flags onto it (preserving every unmodelled field via extra), and sends the full result here — the same reason update-filter-view computes a full sortSpecs/ criteria client-side, except here it isn’t optional: there is no narrower request to fall back to.
