Expand description

Which sides an update-borders verb sets. At least one must be true.

inner_horizontal/inner_vertical are the grid lines between cells in a multi-cell range — deliberately excluded from --all, which stays scoped to the four outer edges.

Right edge.

§inner_horizontal: bool

Horizontal grid lines between rows within the range.
