pub struct DimensionGroup {
pub range: DimensionRange,
pub depth: i64,
pub collapsed: bool,
}Expand description
An outline group over a DimensionRange — the collapsible +/-
grouping bar (issue #1833,
ADR-0084).
depth is server-derived, never client-supplied: addDimensionGroup’s
request carries only range, and the server computes the new group’s
depth from its overlap with existing groups on the same axis (a
superset increments an existing group’s depth; a subset creates a new,
deeper one; a partial overlap widens the existing group to the union
and creates a new, deeper one over the intersection). This crate does
not predict that outcome — see the dimension_group.rs module doc for
why.
Fields§
§range: DimensionRangeThe span this group covers.
depth: i64Nesting level — server-derived, 1-based: 1 for a group nested
in no other, 2 for one whose range lies wholly inside a depth-1
group’s, and so on (the API reference’s own examples number a lone
group depth 1). 0 never occurs in a reply.
collapsed: boolWhether the group is collapsed (its member rows/columns hidden).
