Allocated columns, when the API reported them.

frozen_row_count: Option<i64>

Rows frozen at the top, when the API reported them (issue #1835).

frozen_column_count: Option<i64>

Columns frozen at the left, when the API reported them (issue #1835).

right_to_left: Option<bool>

Whether the sheet is right-to-left, when the API reported it (issue #1835).

hide_gridlines: Option<bool>

Whether gridlines are hidden, when the API reported it (issue #1835).
