Where a resolved environment value came from, for provenance reporting (issue #1143).

An ambient setting — a shell export or a settings.json env entry — is sticky across invocations, so warnings about security-sensitive values (e.g. the claude-cli escape hatches) name the source to distinguish a deliberate one-off flag from a forgotten persistent setting.

Exported into the process environment by a command-line flag during this invocation (see Cli::propagate_global_flags).

ProcessEnv

The process environment (a shell export or inherited variable).

SettingsEnv

The base env map in $HOME/.omni-dev/settings.json.

SettingsProfile(String)

The named profile’s env map in $HOME/.omni-dev/settings.json.
