Distinguishes the two kinds of Confluence page comments.

Confluence v2 exposes footer comments (page-level discussion) and inline comments (anchored to a text selection) on separate endpoints. Tracking the kind on each ConfluenceComment lets a merged listing identify which endpoint each entry came from.
