Reads all Final transcript events from transcript.jsonl after meta.last_reflected_event_id. Non-Final events are skipped — reflection is driven by committed text only.

Reads events.jsonl into a Vec<Event>. Empty when the file doesn’t exist or contains no events.

Appends events to events.jsonl.

pub fn set_last_reflected(&mut self, id: EventId) -> Result<()>

Updates meta.last_reflected_event_id in memory and on disk.

Appends a single line to reflections.log (no implicit newline).
