Where one sealed frame sits in its session’s sending order: the index-th frame this device sealed in that session, and which session (incarnation) that was.

The incarnation is what keeps an acknowledgement for a frame of a session that has since been rebuilt from vouching for the new one.

Which session the frame was sealed in. New on every create, join and delete.

index: u64

The frame’s position among this session’s seals, from 1.
