numbers, e.g. a series’ <c:val>.

Reference
<c:numRef><c:f>Sheet1!$B$2:$B$5</c:f><c:numCache>..</c:numCache></c:numRef> — a cell-range
reference, with an optional cached snapshot of the values Office last saw there (numCache,
itself optional per the schema — None here is a reference with no cache at all).
Literal(NumericData)
<c:numLit> — literal values with no backing cell range, for hosts with no worksheet to
reference (Word/PowerPoint charts without an embedded workbook — see lib.rs’s doc comment
on embedded-workbook plumbing being deferred).
