A combination of these values may be returned in the statusOut field from parseAdditionalFragmentsWithCompletionHandler.

Set if the size of the file increased.

Set if one or more fragments were added.

Set if no more fragments can be added. Further calls to parseAdditionalFragmentsWithCompletionHandler will return an error.
