LSMText

Struct LSMText

Source
pub struct LSMText { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

An opaque Core Foundation type representing an input text (mutable).

See also Apple’s documentation

Implementations§

Source§

impl LSMText

Source

pub unsafe fn new( alloc: Option<&CFAllocator>, mapref: &LSMMap, ) -> CFRetained<LSMText>

Creates a new text.

Source

pub unsafe fn add_word(&self, word: &CFString) -> i32

Adds a word to the text. The order of words is significant if the map uses pairs or triplets, and the count of words is always significant.

Source

pub unsafe fn add_words( &self, words: &CFString, locale: Option<&CFLocale>, flags: CFOptionFlags, ) -> i32

Breaks a string into words using the locale provided and adds the words to the text.

Source§

impl LSMText

Source

pub unsafe fn add_token(&self, token: &CFData) -> i32

Adds an arbitrary binary token to the text. The order of tokens is significant if the map uses pairs or triplets, and the count of tokens is always significant.

Methods from Deref<Target = CFType>§

Source

pub fn downcast_ref<T>(&self) -> Option<&T>
where T: ConcreteType,

Attempt to downcast the type to that of type T.

This is the reference-variant. Use CFRetained::downcast if you want to convert a retained type. See also ConcreteType for more details on which types support being converted to.

Source

pub fn retain_count(&self) -> usize

Get the reference count of the object.

This function may be useful for debugging. You normally do not use this function otherwise.

Beware that some things (like CFNumbers, small CFStrings etc.) may not have a normal retain count for optimization purposes, and can return usize::MAX in that case.
