Controls optional work performed while installing an interned mmap reader.

§precompute_returnable_stable_hashes: boolPrecompute stable hashes for archived JSON returnables.
This trades preload CPU and process heap for predictable checksum-enabled GCIR latency. It does not change the mmap artifact and is disabled by default.
